Everbloom leans into "gathering place" over "grab and go" — traditional espresso done with care, plus a syrup program (butterscotch, honey lavender, Madagascar vanilla) that regulars build orders around. The Midtown shop on Highway 111 was the original; a Downtown Indio location followed.
