Two seatings each day. Saturday runs 11am and 2pm; Sunday runs 10am and 1pm. Seating opens an hour before showtime and you want that full hour, because you order food and your first drink before the show starts and the kitchen is not going to rescue you at 10:55. The pricing structure trips people up: the ticket buys you the show. Brunch and bottomless mimosas are separate charges on top. Yes, it's still running, and it's the best alternative to Oscar's if you'd rather be at a hotel pool than on a downtown sidewalk. The Saguaro's rainbow-block courtyard is a genuinely great room for this, and the crowd skews younger and more party-oriented.

Recent pricing has run two tiers: a show-access ticket around $45 with a two-drink or entree minimum, and a package around $94 with a two-course meal and bottomless mimosas. Do the math on your own drinking before you pick. If you're a two-mimosa person, the cheaper tier plus an entree is the better deal; if you're settling in, the package pays for itself fast.

Hyatt Palm Springs Drag Brunch

Downtown, Friday through Sunday, two seatings, seating from 11am.

The Hyatt's "I Heart Drag Brunch" is the most conventional of the lot and the easiest to book, partly because it runs three days a week instead of two. It's a hotel ballroom-and-patio operation with a three-course menu and bottomless mimosas built into the reservation.

Third-party booking has listed it around $49 up front with an additional $25 paid at the venue, with higher tiers for better seating. It's the right pick if you're staying downtown, if you've got a mixed group that includes people who've never done this before, or if you left booking too late for the other two.

Chill Bar and the Bar-Based Shows

Chill Bar, 217 E Arenas Road. Saturday, doors 11am, show roughly 11:30am to 2pm.

Chill Bar's "Sashay & Stay" is the Arenas Road version: a bar show rather than a restaurant show, closer to the ground, less formal, and typically running on a cover-plus-tab model instead of a fixed ticket. If a $94 prix fixe feels like a lot of structure for a Saturday, this is the one.

A few minutes east in Cathedral City, one eleven bar runs a Sunday drag brunch (doors 11am, show at noon) that has picked up regional awards and has a loyal local following. It requires a car, and it's worth the car.

And the Ace Hotel & Swim Club does a poolside drag brunch on the last Sunday of each month, on top of its weekly drag bingo. It's the loosest, most resort-party version of the format in town.

On timing: drag brunch books up earlier than evening shows. Weekend seatings at the popular rooms sell out days ahead in high season. The weekends that go first are Pride, Modernism Week, and The Dinah, which lands September 30 through October 4 in 2026. If you know your dates, book the moment you know them.

Most of these rooms are 21+, because bottomless mimosas in a bar setting means an age policy. If you're bringing anyone younger, check that specific venue first rather than assuming.

What to Expect Your First Time

A few things that surprise newcomers.

It's loud and it's participatory. The queens will work the room, they will talk to you, and if you sit front and center you are volunteering. Sitting front and center is also the best seat in the house. Pick your priority.

The food is a restaurant meal, not an afterthought, and it comes early. Order in the first fifteen minutes of seating. Once the show starts, service slows to a crawl by design.
